What was the feeling invoked deep within when you first learned of your acceptance into police training academy?

Take that feeling, recall the sensation. Hold on tight.

With your determination and my understanding as an outsider you can not only have that feeling of passion, purpose, betterment, protection, courage, and respect of the community back, but you can keep it at the forefront of your mind, soul, and mission.

Every single day.

You are not alone. You and every single officer who signed up with the best intentions only to get stepped on and pushed over every single day until one day you wake up and that passion is no longer available due to the circumstances and vices of the job’s commandment and guidelines.

You know what I am talking about, and this is the underlying issue of why so many police officers become suicidal, depressed, etc. according to CNA here are their findings:

“Police and correctional officers (hereafter referred to as public safety personnel) routinely confront arduous and psychologically taxing circumstances that can adversely affect their mental and emotional health. In a thorough survey encompassing 2,232 law enforcement officers, Mumford, and colleagues (2021) noted that although two-thirds displayed healthy behaviors, approximately one-fourth encountered moderate health challenges, and a minority (6 percent) grappled with more severe health issues. Similarly, a separate study conducted by Drew and Martin (2023) involving 3,994 officers found that 44 percent experienced psychological distress, such as depression and anxiety within the previous four weeks, and nearly a quarter of them experienced moderate to severe distress.”

I am here to shed light on real solutions that can be implemented and tested.

This is my God Given purpose. Uniting officers with citizens will shine a light on the real criminals in the United States. It will shed those involved with ill intentions and greedy pockets. It will bring honor back to local police officers who are deserving of respect and gratitude.

At the very least it will provide compliance and mutual respect between the officers and those they signed up to serve, not whom they are manipulated into serving.

All by keeping integrity as the most important law of all.

We can put a stop to the division they don’t want us to see.

It is and has never been about black, white, gay, straight, homeless, or rich. It’s about dividing the citizens of each community using local law enforcement as the footwork to others dirty work. Running up the tab with excessive tickets, fines, and jail time.

Keeping officers locked in on patrolling those they vowed to protect while keeping citizens silent with the impression that they have no one of authority they can trust when threatened by the ever-present worry of incarceration. Even if they are doing nothing wrong.

We are not Enemies!!

Police officers and citizens must form a connection and rebuild an alliance before it is too late. It is due time we flip the switch and stop being gaslit into disassociation with one another.

You have the power to stand with the citizens of your community. Stand strong, stand up, spread the message, and say no.

Til next Time,

Saddle up!
